My husband has had a good experience here. Bought 4 tires for a Nissan Rogue a little over a year ago, totaling $700. Our 18 year old daughter has been driving the car, and one tire has had a slow leak for a few months. Nothing serious; just every few weeks, she gets a warning that the pressure is low in that one tire, and she has to add air. She took the Rogue here to have them diagnose/fix the leaky tire bc this is where they were purchased (and they were still well within the manufacturer's warranty). She asked for an oil change too. They charged her $113 for the oil change! Then the guy told her the leaky tire is "unrepairable" but did not tell her specifically what was wrong. He said her only option was to buy 4 new tires (vehicle is AWD) for $1,100. She left. When she got home, my husband asked to see the paperwork. No detail except "unrepairable". Not leaky valve stem, sidewall crack/puncture, no mention of the warranty, nothing. Just the word "unrepairable" and a quote for the same tires, but inexplicably $400 more than they were purchased for 16-ish months ago. And, imo, $113 for an oil change is ridiculous. I went here to get an ac recharged turns out I need more work done then I expected. I felt like they were thorough as I spent two hours there. Only issue I had is one of the front desk guys needs a better belt or suspenders. His pants sagged so far down that when he bent down for water I felt like he was a plumber full moon 🌝. Other then that I'd probably go back.

I had a great experience with tire Rama! They ordered the tires & got them on with in a reasonable time! Jimmy at the front desk was super helpful explaining the AWD system with replacing tires!

We discoved a screw in our tire with a fast leak and these guys were the closest tire shop. They had us in and out in about 45 minutes and best of all no charge for the repair. Thanks so much!!

If I could leave zero stars , I would. My husband and I drove thirty miles and found this location open with no customers in it at one p m today. We had a flat tire , we needed a flat repair and for it to be put back on our car. The employee behind the desk , middle aged with glasses tried to tell me there were courts showing on the inside of my tire and he wouldn't be able to repair it. This tire is brand new and what he pointed to was a mud spot because he didn't want to do the work. I Had problems in this shop five years ago , and I thought maybe things possibly changed , but I was wrong. Here's a picture of both sides of my tire that you can see is not showing chords, like the employee claimed.And it even has nipples on both sides of the tires , because they are brand new. This attitude would explain why Les schwabs parking lot was full and less than a block away.This business was empty.
